Hi Priya,

Hold fn in any app and speak. Your words appear as you say them, in a small bar at the bottom of the screen.

WHAT IT DOES

Whatever your computer is playing

Pick a language in Read in at the top of the panel. Transcripts and captions appear in that language, or leave it on As spoken to keep the original.

Dictate anywhere

Hold fn in any app and speak. Your words appear as you say them and are typed where your cursor is, with names and terms spelled your way.

Any app, or the whole computer

Record one app, everything your computer plays, or just your microphone. Add your microphone to an app so your own voice is in the transcript.

Meetings with a summary

When a call starts in Zoom, Teams, Webex or Discord, a notification offers to record it. You get a live transcript, and a summary when it ends.

Captions that float

Subtitles in a floating window you can drag anywhere, even over full-screen video. Change the spoken language or speaker labels right from the captions.

WORKS WITH

Any app that makes a sound

Record one app, everything your computer plays, or just your microphone. Calls in these apps are offered for recording as soon as they start.
